Can PvP = PvE? (Ghost War)

Right now, PvP feels to be its own kind of game - made independently from PvE. I do know patches were made to increase player movement speed, and both increase/decrease stamina pools. Why does PvP not mirror PvE in all aspects of the game?

Why is PvP so amped up in speed for player movement?
Why is there no prone camo?
Why are there no jammers? - season 3 PvE missions use Jammers!

Please do not leave us hanging developers. Your posture on this game is starting to come off as negligence. The same exploits (ie Chicken Dance, DMR glitch, out of sync player positions) are still present in the game; hackers have not been ban even though substantial amounts of evidence are shown; and user interface design actually obstructs game play and consumer enjoyment.

At times PvP is completely unplayable. This is not acceptable to us as consumers. We have rights!!

buddie is friends with some delta members who talked with the PvP devs... supposedly, the all just stopped working on PvP like they were told too. PvP wont be receiving anymore major updates.

With exception of promised content, PvP has been dead since December of 2019. UBISOFT launch a failed game and is was half off back then. There is no one able to fix this game at UBISOFT.

All you can do is go blindly pre-order their next game because this one is not changing. Bugs, exploits and cheats are now features that have been in the game pretty much since launch over a year and a half ago. UBISOFT is not going to change anything now. They have moved on to their next failures, I mean games.
