Cannot see friend's time under 'friends' category on the leaderboards (Cross plat)
My wife wanted to play against me so we bought her trials rising on pc but her PC couldn't handle the game, so we also bought another copy for PS4.
I can see her on the leaderboards under friends category from the one track we tested on PC, but not any of the numerous tracks she's played on PS4.
We have linked the PS4 account to ubisoft account properly- which I know because I can see her times under her Ubisoft account name on my pc under the global leaderboard, but, these times are not displayed under the 'friends' tab for some reason, and it's completely impractical to scroll through tens of thousands of times to race her ghost for each track!
I saw a very similar problem discussed on reddit from 2 years ago, but there weren't any solutions at the time. I would be really curious if there are any solutions now. Note that my wife has the game both on PS4 as well as PC (I'm not sure if that has anything to do with my problem).
Thanks in advance.

Note that I have the game on PC, which is where I'm looking for her in the friends category of the leaderboards.

Hey there, Kevin_Octa! Thanks for reaching out about not being able to see all of your wife's stats. The Cross-network Play feature is an option that allows you to see players from other platforms on your tracks and global leaderboards, as well as any content they have created and shared.
Cross-network play is enabled by default and includes:
• Global Multiplayer leaderboards
• Ghosts
• Rivals
You can disable this feature at any time in the Game Options menu. The option to deactivate is only available on Xbox One. I hope this helps!
