Please explain rationale behind raid matchmaking.

Per ubi website “requires teamwork “
How does that work when I,m unable to specify language of team, while I enjoy listening to 3 others converse in French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, German, Italian
I do not speak or understand these languages

So why is there no language selection?
A team without ability to communicate is 4 individuals working independently to not achieve a goal

So while the language thing is a barrier to raid success
Imagine impact of no mic

I challenge any ubi employee to complete raid with randoms from match making in a weekend, that’s right a whole weekend
