Hello zack-attack35, thank you for your question.

If a trophy/achievement does not unlock for a player, we are not able to offer a refund to players. We do not have the ability to unlock trophies or achievements for any players, on systems such as consoles.

This is the same for all of the games we publish. We are unable to fix missing trophies, but we can report these problem trophies to our devs to be aware of.

If you have any problems with your Just Dance Unlimited subscription, please get in touch with us with your proof of purchase and contact us here >

This is a complete joke right? I came across with this issue from a friend and it just blow my mind how incompotent your game devs can be.

The lazy and incompotent game dev team at UBISOFT brought up this mess and not even care to fix can go "enjoy" themselves. Karma will find you one day with the broken code you write that ruining peole's entertainment.

That said I completely understand it's out of the control of stuff members of the customer service. I feel the pain from both sides and I hope this little rant does not hurt anyone other than the "game devs".

Hi Ubisoft, can you please let me know the best way to contact someone directly to further discuss a potential refund? I believe that under Australian Consumer Law, I would be entitled to one. You sold a product that does not function as it was reasonably expected to, and have been given a very generous timeframe to resolve the issue. The only resolution that you have been able to offer across several months is that 'the dev team are looking into it', and unfortunately, this response is not good enough. If I could call or email somebody directly that would be great.

Or you can get in touch with us about a refund through one of our support channels that I linked in my above post >
