Hi Ubisoft. I have unlocked all other trophies for this game and have met the conditions for the glitched trophies to be unlocked. Can you please manually unlock them for me? It seems unlikely that the trophy glitch issues will be addressed at this point. I can provide photos of having met the conditions, etc, if required.

I'm afraid that we cannot manually unlock trophies/achievements.

Just for reference, the devs of Fall Guys also have players data saved on their servers and whenever bugs are encountered regarding trophy qualification, gamers can send a ticket along with proof that they were eligible to qualify for that particular trophy and upon review, they help the players unlock those trophies which is a big help to those who deserve credit for completion. Hope you guys can pull off something similar. Still waiting for the fix so I can start playing the PS5 version and have a chance at getting the platinum there as well. (Have it on the PS4 edition - bought both games separately)

After suffering this same problem last night, I came online to search through a history of comment threads for a solution (I’m 2 trophies from the Just Dance 2020 platinum and they are both glitched). I can’t believe there have been people on here complaining about the same issue for months (years on some forums) only to continual “thanks for letting us know, we’re ‘looking into it’. I’ve played the just dance games since 2014 and this is a horrible way to find out about the lack of tech support with such a popular game.
