When do you anticipate a solution? It's been over a month since I first had the issue :/

Would not have bought the game if I knew.

Don't hold your breaths while waiting. There have been similar syncing issues with these trophies since at least Just Dance 2020. People have tried just about every workaround. I even talked to Playstation support, but they said only Ubisoft can pop the glitched trophies (Ubisoft have repeatedly stated in the forums that they can't fix this, and that we should contact Playstation) You can't even start the game over because the progress is saved on the Ubisoft server so even when you delete your save game, as soon as you connect to the internet everything pops back in. (And at least in JD 2020 you have to be connected to the internet to get some trophies, so a clean slate run is impossible there).

That said, a fix would be awesome.

I have the same problem: All progress from one console is shared to the new console, yet the trophies do not auto-unlock on the second console even if you have achieved the requirements for them on the first console.

I play both versions at the same time, so I can’t get these trophies anymore. And this is a issue for me, because im trying to get the platinum trophy for both versions ps4 and ps5.

My gift machine is at 0 prizes left. There are two trophies relating to the gift machine, i did not unlock! Those are: [Gotta Get 'Em All] and [We spared no expense...]

I did not unlock these trophies for my ps4 and ps5, because i play both version at the same time.

Here is the image to show that my gift machine is at zero: https://ibb.co/3y8pnRx

And here is my Just Dance 2021 trophy list to show that these trophies did not unlocked.

This includes moving from Xbox to PS4/5

I bought this game for PS4 and PS5 because I was loving it on Xbox with Kinect and wanted to see how it worked with PS4 camera. Saw these glitch reports and opted to wait out playing on PS5 to see if there would be an update, but…

SAME PROBLEM MOVING FROM XBOX TO PLAYSTATION!

I’m already not getting the level 5 trophy because I flew by that on Xbox and that stuff transferred.

I think what bothers me most about this is that the people who buy the game TWICE (or in my case three times now) are ultimately punished, locked out of trophies and achievements after giving Ubisoft double the money. I’ve been a huge fan of dozens upon dozens of Ubisoft’s games for years, and this is the first time I’m kind of irate with them, and just after coming to find I love the series.

This is a genuine bummer considering how many incredible, massive games Ubisoft create. Glad they are “working on it,” but is this truly as complicated as creating another 20 hours of DLC content for one of their open world games? I can’t think of any other cross-platform game, be it destiny or free-to-plays like Dauntless that don’t have this type of thing figured out!

This was a known issue from last year?

Just found out that my issues with level 5 trophy not popping when transferring from Xbox to PlayStation was a known issue THE YEAR BEFORE in JD 2020. How is that not solved for the next year’s release?!? It effects your customers who give you more than one purchase of the same game!

Ubisoft, for some people knowing that achievement/trophies won’t unlock is pretty deflating. How is this a years-long problem?

I understand that this is a very frustrating situation with the trophies and achievements, Jimmy - I really appreciate you sending across your thoughts. It is something we are actively investigating, as we've communicated, and I'm sorry we don't have anything more specific to announce at this time.

    Since 2017?

I appreciate your response. And I appreciate that It is being “actively investigated.” But here is a link including someone having this problem going from THE WII U (!!!) to Xbox One for Just Dance 2017.

    https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2160796-Trophy-Not-Unlocking

2017!!!! Seeing this is an issue for fans that buy multiple copies (paying double for unlimited too if they want that) is CRAZY.

Here is my question: has this really been an unsolvable problem for half a decade?

I obviously understand charging for a game per console. I totally get charging for JDU access per console. Having the same boilerplate “we are looking into it…” response for this long on a feature breaking bug? You can actually count on Ubi responding this way year after year now!

    Just why?
