Announcements made by Moderator SirAlex on ACR Discord for some bugs in the game:
Hello @everyone, there have been several reports of the latest event not giving any rewards, being it DNA or Helix.
We don't have a solution or workaround for it, but since it seems to affect different BH levels, devices and so on, make sure to open a support ticket; if you're not sure how, you can use the !support command in the channels.
In addition to that any report filled in #��bug-reports will help fixing the issue when the devs will be able to look at it.
If you can make sure to screen your final ranking page!
Bunny will be back on Monday and will tackle this asap, in the meantime we'll make sure the bug report is passed to the devs on our side as well.
I know it's a very frustrating bug, but be sure we'll do everything we can to get this escalated and addressed.

Hey @everyone again, I swear I'm not enjoying this as much as you think.
Just wanted to spread the message that the devs team is aware of the issue and they're really sorry about it; there's no ETA for a fix just yet but they're investigating and working on all the reports.
Also, compensation for this issue will be given early next week, there are no details known just yet but be sure that something will be provided.

If you send a detailed Ticket about your losses in the game to the Dear Support Team, I think the Dear Support Team will help you.
Details such as the amount of Helix Credits you lost or the Rank you finished The Ottoman Connection in. If you have a screenshot or video about them in the game, I think it will be very useful.
