Division 3 - open world Hunters

IF we get a Division 3 that is. Here it goes:

    1. First of all don't give only Youtubers all the info.
Or even better just don't give the info at all !!
It's annoying only be able to know what to do by watching them.
We wanna figure it out ourselfs!!
And if we for some reason really can't figure it out, THEN we go on youtube to see if someone already found out what to do.

    2. Give the player a (side mission) guided clue on how to find/kill the first open world Hunter.
(So we know how to find and use the clues)

    3. Let our screen have that disrupting stuff happen if we are close to a clue/puzzle.
(Like when we are close to a rooftop hunter in div2)

    4. After the player killed the hunter(s), let them respawn where you fight them every day/week.
    (Like a hunters control point)
And after the first time they defend a chest.
Let the respawns happen after you killed all the open world Hunters and have all the masks.

    5. No specific time based puzzles!!
Everyone hates the 4 Hunters puzzle in NY.
(I did it in one go and I fully hate it, because we were just to late and we had to wait a long time before we could even start it)
All because you can only start it at a specific time.
If we have to do it within 10min.
Just give us a invisible timer or something.
Like a clock tower bell when it starts.
2 bells when you are over half time.
And 3 bells right before the timer runs out.
So when we wanna start it we should be able to start it immediately.

That's what I have on that.
Someone else has something to add?

I'm 99% sure it was a community effort to find them and not freebies to youtubers

Oke then how did people find out:

The order of doing the shooting targets in the windows in NY?
Are there pictures/maps on a table or on a wall somewhere?
    With Target(1), building A, window 4, row 10?
    Target (2), building C, window 7, row 3?
Last target Shoot from the bill board.
    Window 6, top row.

Or with the washing machines in NY.
    press this button
Run to the otherside of the district etc etc?
Go to the burned out building.

The Christmas trees one in NY
Shoot the top of 5 Christmas trees.
Press button on a statue in the safe house.
Was there a map with star 1 to star 5 that you could find somewhere?

Or even the easiest one in DC
Press a button behind the counter.
Go to the Christmas tree in the middle.
    Run circles around the tree.

The only one I knew what to do (with clues) was the one near Lincoln memorial.
Shoot the light bulb in the watch tower.

Community effort, div1 had a similar kind of hidden puzzle in the pier update that had to press a series of hidden buttons, people talk to eachother went update went you could literally see multiple reddit posts about people finding weird stuff and trying to connect them, heck you could see people talking over stuff for weeks just like people were for the DC hunters until massive spilled the beans it was bugged. Heck some of the stuff like the hidden boss in the zoo the devs had to say because NO ONE WAS LOOKING FOR IT, it was not freebies for youtubers.

Hate youtubers all you like but don't spread misingformation, yes you can complain about the devs regarding game being buggy, yes you can cry when some balance changes were made exclusively for PVP, yes you can complain about raids being clans **********s and lack matchmaking like it should have. But not everything is a scummy move by someone or epic fail

    I dont hate youtubers lol
(Did I make you mad in a different thread here )
If it was misinformation then oke.
From my perspective you could only know what do by watching YouTube or forums.
(Talk about it for weeks you say, how fun!! )
    No scummy move?
The raids world's first says it all for me.
Youtubers had all the info. (but alright lol)
(Not that I gave a damn I had trash gear anyway, but others that would've done that had no chance.)
I give feedback on Bugs and balances. Don't complain about them.
Just join a clan and be brave enough to join a chat
No one cares if you stutter or whatever.

People didn't know how to do the hidden bosses because THERE WERE NO CLUES.
Why would they look for something if they don't know that it's there?
If there was a map at the end of national zoo's boss room with pictures of bee hives or whatever.
Or a recording where you hear someone talk about rats with glowing eyes in coney Island.
    People would look for it.
(And already shoot them for no reason)

And if it is like you said it is, it's annoying as well.
In game clues would be better then looking on reddit/youtube/here (for weeks) if someone finally knows what a button does.

They can still make it hard to find them tho.
Only now you would get that disrupted screen if there is a clue nearby.
    That clue could be a:
    Map,recording,painting,satellite photo,coordinates.
And after you found out were to go and you are at that place you get a new clue.
No talking for days/weeks/months on forums.
You just figure out the next clue.
    Or watch youtube/forums.

Also I don't believe that those targets in the windows in NY was community effort.
That was 100% inside info and then put on forums by the ones that got the info.
But that is just what I think so it doesn't matter. lol

I mean you are free to believe your conspiracy theories, my entire point is, dont mistake them with absolute truth when you cant even prove it. Hunters are very hidden because they are meant to take few weeks for a couple dozen of users to start understanding and piecing together. If you have some youtubers that just straight up admits massive gave him a list of everything as evidence feel free to post it here. I dont have issue with being correct so i dont become the one spreading misingformatio

There's a clock on the photo mode screen. I don't think that's particularly obvious, though.

I can tell you that the in-game clocks are all stopped. I'm not sure whether I'm pleased or not that the game led me to research this.

The only time-of-day-dependent thing I've done is the final showdown for the Gunslinger's Holster. I have mixed feelings about whether time-of-day dependencies really are a good idea; I found this one took time that went somewhat beyond being fun.
