    Open World Enemy Spawns

This is a big annoyance for me, and it has been for quite some time now.

I'm doing my daily routine of getting XP on Heroic from Resource Convoys, right? Ok, why do random squads of enemies spawn *behind* me when I'm already taking on a squad of enemies from a resource convoy? No less on Heroic?

It's quite annoying because, again, it's on Heroic so I'll get shredded from both ends. Please for the love of God, fix the spawns. Or at least make nearby spawns of enemies inactive while I'm already taking on a squad of enemies from the front in an open-world activity.

I get it you want to make fights "interesting", but interesting is not suddenly getting bombed by a random Warhound and shredded from a Black Tusk patrol that spawns meters behind you, while you're already taking on a resource convoy...

    ON HEROIC!

    Do something about this. Please.

Understandable point but it is intentional.

Enemy spawns are meant to be random to provide a more "dynamic" open world experience.

I know, I get that. But again it's quite annoying rather than dynamic at times.

I like it that way, If I do control points when I'm bored I go to the ones with incoming resource convoys to get more xp.

Believe me I like it like that too. But on Heroic in the open world with not enough cover and getting attacked from 4 different angles? Not fun.

I only play heroic world tier.
    Missions and summit only legendary.

    - Scout the area first
Make sure there are no wandering enemy's somewhere behind/left/right of you.
Kill them first because these are just 3-4 enemy's no 2nd wave.

    - Look when you set a mark on the map
See if there are resource convoys coming there as well.
    (Or air recon, (elite) patrols)
You can see it by the red lines coming out of the control points/or just on the map.
Because of that, you can also see if the convoys walk past an activity.

    - Go back to a lower world tier?
I'm not trying to be a d/ck here but they already nerfed heroic to the ground.
The missions were like how legendary missions are today.
And we had that on the whole map!!!
It was beautiful but people that weren't ready went into heroic mode solo and died the whole time so it got nerfed.

Now players like me, have only 3 missions to do.
And summit then, but that's depressing after completing once.
    So 3 missions it is.

I do get what you mean tho, I had the same when I did heroics. (before the nerf)
But I adapted to it and started to look around before doing an activity/control point.

Anyway i hope the 3 tips I gave work out for you as well. (Don't use the 3rd tip lol)
    Succes!

Thanks for the advice! And it wasn't any other global event that was interfering, it was just random enemies that spawned just near me while I was taking on a resource convoy. It's quite frustrating to me.

spawns like that just ruin the immersion and so do the multiple waves from resource convoys. it just makes no sense. This is a tom clancy game, it should maintain a certain level of immersion.

Exactly. Random enemy spawns make no sense. Resource convoy waves, while they don't make sense, it makes them more difficult so you're not just walking around destroying everything.
