    Visually and technical, you can take over the G28 completely for a 417 because the G28 is actually exactly a 417, the only real difference is the magazine size and the fact that the 417 can shoot full auto.
    It's a shame that Ubisoft doesn't give us the option in Gunsmith to convert the G28 to a 417.
    The same with the LVOA and the 416 Scout Version.

    I'd like the devs to focus on bringing SOCOM/JSOC weapons first and foremost, since that is what the Ghosts would be fielding:

    Geissele M4 URGI aka SOPMOD Block 3 (the new standard rifle of the Army Special Forces (Green Berets) & Army Rangers)



    SIG MCX (in limited use by Delta Force and DEVGRU/Seal Team 6)



    Geissele HK416 (Bread and butter of SOF Tier 1 units the type of rifle used in the raid on OBL, abit outdated now)



    Glock 19 MK27 Mod2 (Standard pistol of US Special Operations Forces, MK27 pistol is used by almost every SOF unit now. Mod2 has a threaded barrel and rail cut meant for red dot sights)



    HK54CT MK24 Mod0 (45. ACP Pistol used by NAVY Seals to replace the MK23 pistol)

    Honestly not a fan of any L85 variant, I just don’t find them aesthetically appealing.. and anyway I doubt we’ll ever see this many variants in game.. doubt we’ll see any more weapons at all for that matter, but still I would love to see the 417 and ACR make a come back, as well as the AsVal/ VSS vintorez
    But I’m also afraid that if they implement some of these weapons they’ll be butchered like the MK18 was

    Again, if it were up to me, instead of having more guns added to BP I'd focus on improving the ones we have.
    However, if looking at the prospect of a future title, I would've introduced stuff like what @KUZMITCHS' suggesting, along with only those weapon systems that MAKE SENSE for this hypothetical game's setting, in the case of local forces and OPFOR.

    I'm not really interested in new guns for BP, but more interested in expanding the range of customization within the gunsmith. From adding thermal and night vision scopes, adding a single/burst/full-auto trigger mode, to more under barrel shotguns and grenade variants for the GLs.

    However, I think you did excellent work on recreating those guns for BP. Really, really good job, man.

    The MCX from sig should have been included in the game seeing as Ghost Recon has typically always had some advanced and new firearms at their disposal. The MCX Spear in the new 6.8 round currently being tested is another variant that should have been in the game as well. Can't think of many excuses for them not being in the game other than another disappointment from Ubi.

    Thank you guys for all the input so far, curious though so at last count I had done 40 different weapon Variation a fair few which haven’t been shown yet.

    Should I just post all 40 of them into a thread so you can all fine me your opinions on what ones you really like?
