So bullet catcher gaming put this up today and I would love to get everyone’s opinions on the weapons showcase within!

The weapons were all made by myself and if there is interest I’m happy to try and make more custom weapons if asked
Thank you, for the 417 I did use another 7.62 mag although I should have used the Pmag variant instead for better AestheticsOriginally Posted by ArgimonEd Go to original post
I did also use the G28 as the base weapon though as my start point for creating the 417
I’ve definitely re-used the Silver Stake and Masada mags on other the other Modern 7.62 weapon I made (which was the L129a1 Designated Marksman Rifle)Originally Posted by ArgimonEd Go to original post
Sandi, I'm not overly familiar with the UK platforms, but do they take some of the US weapons and change the nomenclature to the L, etc? So a US MK12 would be L192A1 in the UK and the M4 would be ? I'm just speking in general if that is roughly how it translates with the obvious differences in some accessories, optics, etc.Originally Posted by Sandilands85 Go to original post
But you had to edit them so they wouldn't be bigger than the lower receiver, so you are taking mags of the correct size and editing them to fit incorrectly sized lower receivers, in the end they are going to continue smaller.Originally Posted by Sandilands85 Go to original post
That's my point, if you compare them with the 417 and sr25 models on R6, they are smaller
So the L designation is indeed similar to the American M designation as a way to reference their in service weaponsOriginally Posted by chacachaca88 Go to original post
But the L129a1 and Mk12 rifles are completely different as the Mk12 is a 5.56mm where as the L129 is a 7.62 Caliber
Our M4 variant is the Colt Canada C8 referred to in Service as the L119A1 and L119A2 variants (the A2 having a fully Monolithic Upper Receiver)
