I feel like a lot of top players will quit playing altogether, but players who already quit may end up coming back.

This is going to be the biggest shake up For Honor has ever seen.

    Can't wait.
Remember, option selects go both ways. so while they use them, they don't like option selects being used against them either. Itl simply be a change is all.

Dodges heavies do the same thing zone option selects do, cost less stamina, and still will be in the game.
Plus, the BP that just used to option select now will just back walk crushing counter.

The battle was won, but the war is far from over.

Im eager to see how many players will avoid punishment after OS are removed.
I'm gonna be watching the feedback on this like a hawk! The team has some solid stuff in store, and I'm stoked to see what everyone thinks once they get their hands on it?

Yubble I appreciate you being around here in general, instead of this forum being entirely pointless. Ty <3

Dodge heavies are far less toxic than real, generic option selects.

It will be so much fun to beat those stupid chihanscreamers who use their 15 damage zone attack to optionselect most of the offense (the other half of the time, they go for the ******** dragondodge what makes them invincible).

Heavy dodges are better in option selecting than zone OS.
The worse of all is back walking side crushing counters lights and it' staying.
Zone OS was the main part of the issue, def not after the CCU removed stam drain from parries.

But when you do an Heavy feint...you will get more reaction time. Thats the difference.

With OS you barely feint to the Heavy, you have very little reaction time, you take with a zone in your teeth immediately.
Without OS, even if they do side dash Heavy, we gain more time to react, and we're back to see who thinks better.

Of course the zone is also defensible, but it's another unequal form of defense to add. Side dash heavy already exist, nothing new that will be difficult to defend.
