    I am not an IT techy by any stretch of the imagination but yes, I am 99.99% sure this is all on Ubi's server side I was just wanting to see if we can help them fix the issue quicker and not have to wait the normal 3 to 6 month for a fix.

    I mean, how can this Company get pretty much everything wrong is beyond my capacity to understand when Companies like Activision & EA can get patches in days or weeks and have their servers up to date. It is understandable that we are still under a pandemic but then again, why does it seem like THEY are the only ones suffering from it?

    Well, they and the Logistic Companies, I mean, don't get me started on the USPS, Fedex and UPS.

    Hello.

    I’ve been having this issue for a couple of months. Played with a friend a few days ago and everything was the same- went to play last night and when I tried to launch the game from ubisoft connect tge launch button was dull- like I was already playing. (I wasn’t.)

    Tried to reload UC- nothing. Verified files but it kept showing it start halfway completed already. Messed around with this for awhile- a few times... same thing. When it completed it said I had some files that needed to be restored and a 64 Gb download.

    Lost my patience and uninstalled. Reinstalled and this morning I loaded the game and there was NO delay to the lobby.

    So to my friends out there suffering- I’m not sure if you’ve tried a full uninstall / reinstall but that may be your solution.

    Yes, the full uninstall and re install usually fixes multiple errors in their parts but it gets extremely annoying to have to do this almost every couole of months.

    Oh yeah, almost forgot to thank Ubisoft and whomever takes care of their servers degradation, without their pride and full effort, where would we be.

    I have ran into a habit of installing/uninstalling Connect every few months or even better, after every update they do since I know lots of things will break that were working before and I just remember that I had forgotten to do one after this last one so I just did it again. Annoying as all hell is but this is what you must do with a handicapped system like they have.

    Okay, so I find that when I load the game and get to the lobby, if I leave everything here alone for two minutes it loads normally.
    However, if I try to load the game immediately from the lobby, it'll take much much longer. It's as if Ubi put an anti-DDoS layer between their servers and us that keeps us at bay for up to 2 minutes before it allows us to pass, and when you try to tamper with it - aka load immediately instead of waiting 2 minutes - that it'll put you at the back of the queue every time you try to load the game.

    You IT Gurus don't know anything, see, all we needed to fix the issue was to sign in to docsignpro.scam and all your issues will be gone.

    Great, not only did I get yet another Ubisoft Connect update - after yesterday's update - but it forced me to need to log back in as well.
    At least it remembered I don't want to keep it in memory when I exit it.

    yesterday Win10 asks me 3 times to allow Ubi Connect and it was from the same Swiss AB? I didn't know we were connecting that far away, or that has nothing to do with the server (which is what I assume).

    This latest Connect update re-set all my settings. It normally doesn't do that, so here's something else I now need to keep track of when they mess with the interface.
