    Tough Love

I love Rocksmith so what I am posting is out of love.

What your showing us is not worth $15 a month.
It might qualify as a decent update.

With the exception of TAB notation (it was wanted) you put in stuff
you wanted to add but not what the customers were asking for.
    At least not strongly.

1000s of songs ... that go away the second the subscription stops.
    no lasting value.

    --------------------------------------

It would have been better if you had just made it Rocksmith 2021
$49.00 comes with 50 new songs
$15.00 for a key to the older stuff you already have
add TAB and the mic/phone tweek
and bring in the rest as DLC
maybe add Keyboard and or Electronic drums as DLC
    ^^^^
this and everyone would be thrilled

$15 a month and if you stop you lose everything <--- not thrilled

I hope some high level re-thinking takes place.
BUT - it is your baby.

    good luck

the sony europe store already puked getting to 1500 DLC. Imagine a million.

But OldZombies point is he was happy waiting 6 months for a blues dlc pack to finally drop for him to spend $$$ in 2022. Versus just giving him all songs he wants at once.

They are not giving you any songs, your renting them.
Stop the subscription and poof they are gone.

It doesn’t do the enumeration. Songs are pulled from the server as needed.

I'm guessing it is closer to how often spotify change their songs. Especially considering the work the notetrackers put into their tracks

I'd imagine since ubisoftconnect is a dedicated store for PC with no fees to ubisoft to upload new content and dlc, there could be a new RS2022 for PC-only.

Where you could buy and own songs from the 10k and 100k available.

Of course you wouldnt be able to import the Steam ones.
And all of the Xbox and PS people would complain about being redheaded step children.

What would cause me to subscribe?
    Keyboard support.

Because my regular Rocksmith does not have it.
    and I like keyboards.

I wanted drum support, but what didn't realise was not only would we not get additional instruments, not even voice, some old.time favourite features, session.mode, non stop play, score attack, to name but a few, would not be in RS+ at.launch.

It's no wonder they are calling it RS Minus.
