    Problem with authenticating product

    Hey there,

    I have a problem when trying to relaunch AC Origin after a very long time not playing. I've only had 2 ubisoft accounts on my life and I even found the one that has AC Origins in the library. Still had problems authenticating.

    I've tried restarting both clients, to no avail.

    Those are respectively the ownership files and the steam proof of purchase.

    Just to let you know first of all I removed those image links from your post just for your own security. As this is an account related issue it's unfortunately not something we can investigate properly for you over the forums but we absolutely will do so if you open a support case with us.

    You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
