The weird thing about this is that the Oxidizer Chem Launcher still attacks chungas' "armor" and does no damage to their health.

Yeah, that's because you have to break the "protective shield kind of armor" before you can directly deal damage to a target's health pool.

Now the difference between this kind of armor and the "normal" armor bars is that you completely have to deplete the whole armor bar (no matter where you hit the target), before being able to deal Damage to Health. But you only need to break a certain part of the body armor (represented by the shield icon), for example the helmet, to be able to deal Damage to Health. You do not need to destroy also every other part of that body armor.

That is also why the Oxidizer sometimes has its difficulties against chunga: because it's damaging all the different parts of the chunga's body armor at the same time (as long as every bodypart is within its cloud). So it's rather "spreading" damage. While a focused explosion (for example from a sticky bomb) or a well aimed shot (did somebody say "Regulus and Headhunter!" ?) can pretty much destroy an enemy's armor plate or helmet at once.

ALWAYS FILTER SEARCH RESULTS BY PREVIOUS YEAR ONLY!

I really hate that people are too lazy to update their websites and info. There's a LOT of information pollution surrounding this game.
I'm sorry I make you so angry... =(((((
I've made a quick search and found nothing about the nerf on « The Hollow Man » mask...

I love my Hollowman, but again, it's very situational, and very rare that it's more useful than other options.

Highlighting doesnt mean someone is angry.

And It's not that your search will turn up a nerf. But if you search for stats on items while limiting the filter to the previous year, you'll get accurate info instead of outdated crap.

I think it's important to point out that, unlike exotics, named items can roll with random secondary attributes. It's entirely possible to get an all red Hollow Man, as TxDieselKid shows.

I farmed for well over 75 hours for that thing with CHD/CHC, to be able to roll WD on it.

..... just to sit in my backpack to be used once in a blue moon.

    LOL

I'd probably rather use that than a Coyote Mask in my ND build. Especially since I run with an SMG so much. That added health damage against chungas and dogs would come in handy.

That's actually a great idea. Never even though of that.
