i can't install the game, even i verified the file after 100% installed, it can't start the game, and verified, it said there was some corrupted, and need to verification,however it didnt work, i have reinstall several time. i give up.

May we please know more about the specific issue you have with launching the game?

Does the game still say it's installing / downloading despite being at 100%?

Or do you receive any errors / crashes when attempting to launch the game after the installation has completed as normal?

after reinstall VC++, try reinstall the game again, i can log in and play the game.however the game still have issue, keep constantly crashing.


i want to try use DX11 or not vulkan to play this game,as DX12 and vulkan always have issue on some games, but i dont see such option as GRB.

and i also set the grahpic quality from Ultra or the top into higher , what i saw is that it is running more stable then the Ultra.

Do you mean to say that the game is running better on the High graphics setting than Ultra?
