Hello,
I'm having a problem Immortals Fenyx Rising / Ubisoft Connect on Xbox Series X.
The first issue is that it seems like Ubisoft Connect is either crashing or logging me out over and over. The other issue is that when I attempt to access the store in Immortals Fenyx Rising, it gives me an error:
A problem occurred while trying to communication with a Ubisoft online service.
Please try again later... [0x7000051]
Any guidance or assistance would be appreciated. I've tried resetting my password, unlinking and relinking my Xbox account, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the game.

Hi there. I noticed it this week.
I spoke with someone via Twitter DM (they were fantastic, btw). We seem to have nailed this down to a quick resume issue. I do need to frequently re-login on Ubisoft Connect. I can force it to work, but it is NOT ideal. I keep getting booted out of Ubisoft Connect like my account unlinks every time.

If this continues, as a test, you can try un-linking any 3rd party accounts that are not needed to play your games. Then test your games again.
