Error 0x7000051 when accessing the store
Hello!
I seem to be having a problem accessing the store tabs in my game, both from the main menu and the in-game equipment menu.
The error I'm getting states
"A problem occurred while trying to communicate with Ubisoft online service. Please try again later. Visit [Support Link] if the issue persists. [0x70000051]"
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I was able to get to the store once. I think it's my profile, because my partner can access the store no problem.
I think I know how this happened: I had to re-link my Twitch account, and that seems to have broken it. I had the Immortals Prime Gaming items attached to my account, and they are in my save. But it seems like relinking my Twitch account has confused Ubisoft Connect. I'm in a state that is both "owned" and "not redeemed" for these items. I am hoping that you might be able to re-entitle my account and that will fix it.
It's the Shivering character pack. I don't know if my Armor of the Stadium is affected by this.
I don't want to have to restart everything and lose all that progress. Any help would be MOST appreciated.

Unfortunately, that doesn't help.
Every time I turn on my Xbox, I need to make sure any Ubisoft game is quit entirely. Then I need to manually login to Ubisoft Connect. Then I can open one of the games and have access to the store. It's a real pain that I keep getting logged out of Ubisoft Connect AND it won't repair if I log in after opening the game.

This did not help. It seems like a Quick Resume problem for both the Ubisoft Connect app and the game apps.
Every time I try to access the store after waking my console from sleep (even if those apps are shut down), I need to:
Open game
Access Store (broken, error 0x70000051)
Click Ubisoft Connect
Ubisoft Connect starts to load, crashes to dashboard
Re-open Ubisoft Connect
Login again
Return to game
Hope the store is working (most of the time this helps)

One other thing I noticed:
In the Ubisoft Connect app, it does not show that I own a number of the unlocks (the Shivering character items, including the mount). I also can't claim the free Phosphor skin. Additionally, I've tested some more, nothing I do will allow me to access the store from the main menu. It's the same error ([0x70000051]) every time. I can ONLY access the store while my save is loaded.
This feels like a problem with my connection between Ubisoft and Prime Gaming... but just on Xbox. Other games work okay on PC (I tested R6 Siege, for instance). I can't test Immortals or Assassin's Creed Valhalla on PC since I don't own them there. Otherwise, I'd do a 1:1 test.
I also loaded up Watch Dogs Legion on my PS5. Connection error Boring-Tamagoyaki.
There is clearly something wrong with my account.

One last thing for the night, my partner has no problem logging into Ubisoft games on PS5 or Xbox Series X... the same hardware my account is failing on. My account seems to work just fine on PC, but both consoles are entirely broken. I also can't login to the support site with my account to file a ticket. Please, I'm begging you, help me fix my account.
