    The Crew 2 crashes on launch.

    Hello,

    The Crew 2 crashes when laucnhing the game. It just crashes on startup and goes to crash report.

    Im trying to run the game on:

    PSU: Seasonic PRIME PX-1000, 1000W 80+ Platinum
    Videocard: MSI Gaming X Trio RTX 3080
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB@X.M.P3600mhz CL18
    Motherboard:MSI Z590 ACE with latest bios.
    CPU: i9-10850k@4.8 no manual overclock
    CPU Cooler: CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX
    Storage: Samsung 980 PRO PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD 1TB and Samsung 970 Evo m.2 1TB.
    GPU Driver: 466.77
    Monitor: LG 27Inch 1440p@144hz
    Windows version: Windows 10 Pro 21H1

    Not sure why it's happening, did anyone experience something like that?

    Hey there.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with crashes/freezes at the moment.

    The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.

    If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd then recommend opening a support case. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

    After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

    MSInfo
    DxDiag

    Resolved.

    The game launched fine after I've done a clean Windows 10 install. So for me the issue is resolved
