    Patch 1.33 - Will Not Download - Cannot Play

    Ever since Patch 1.33 was deployed I have been stuck in an endless loop where the PS5 is trying to download the update and I get a "CAN'T INSTALL" error message in the upper right-hand corner of the PS5 front end and also a secondary "Something went wrong" system error (CE-107857-8). I can launch the game but it will not let me go past the initial START screen without installing the latest patch.

    I tried deleting Division 2 off of my Hard Drive and re-installing it but I am still facing the same problem.

    Any insight into how I can fix this would be appreciated.

    Hey ameskirshen! So sorry to hear that you're running into this issue. The error, CE-107857-8, is a console error specific to Playstation machines. It simply means that the console was unable to properly read the game files which makes sense since it's having trouble updating the game. I highly recommend completing the steps that you haven't tried yet from our PS5 general troubleshooting steps to ensure we have all bases covered moving forward. Let me know if you're still unable to download the patch after trying those steps!
