    Outrageous For Honor Y5S2 Battle Bundle issues.

    I have tried to purchase the For Honor Y5S2 Battle Bundle three times now. Being charged for it each time and still I have not received it. The first time I tried to buy it, it kept telling me it wasn't available in my country (Canada). I looked around till I found the Ubisoft Store Canada site and purchased it through there, didn't receive my purchase ingame. I then tried to buy it through the Ubisoft Connect app, same issue. Then the last time was from the ingame overlay, same issue. Having spend $94.05 for nothing, any help on getting some kind of reimbursement for Ubisoft's failure would be appreciated.

    Hey Misertus, I'm sorry for the frustration this purchase has been. Please know that there has been a Delay In Delivery For Digital Content when purchasing on the Ubisoft Store. Please give the item up to 24 hours for the content to show up in your game library. We thank you for bearing with us in the meantime. As for the other purchase attempts, please Create a Support Ticket here so our Store team can help look into any duplicate purchases.

    I have clicked on the link you provided and get to the Contact Us page, but when I sign in, it simply remains on an endlessly spinning loading symbol. I've gone to my store account page to see my Order History, but it only has two of my previous mentioned purchases on it. One of them does not even offer the ability to download an invoice to attach to a support ticket, and the other has the option but tells me I can't do it anyways. It looks like I can't make a support ticket, nor do I have much hope it would make a difference as the item in question is normally a non-refundable type purchase. The only thing I can get about my orders are the "Your Order Reference:" number provided in the order confirmation emails I received.

    I'm sorry to hear that you encounter an endlessly spinning loading screen when you attempt to create that support ticket! I do still recommend reaching out if you can, especially since these are duplicate purchases. To get around this infinite loading you encounter, I recommend giving the steps located here a try so that you can get that ticket created.
