    Battle Pass is Not Purchasable in the last 7 Hours!

    I play on PlayStation 4 and I have grinned out the Battle Pass Tiers Before I Purchase the Pass every season its been available. This is the first time where I have gone to the Battle Pass screen in game, and could not press "Square" to purchase the Premium Battle Pass. Also there is no option to buy in the PS Store or the Store in game. I am Aware of an investigation taking place as to whats going on but my question is, there are only 7 hours left. will there be an extension so those affected have more time to purchase? or is there a way those affected can get credited, if the funds are in their PS wallet, the Battle Pass retroactively? Any insight would be appreciated.

    I am sorry to hear that you haven't been able to purchase the Y5S1 Battle Pass. Regrettably, it may have been due to Season 1 coming to an end today and the change over to Season 2 happening in the same day.

    I am afraid we aren't able to add the Battle Pass content after the season has concluded. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    As one of your most religious players, this is very discouraging. Because of a glitch as the season turns over on the same day. In the last 2 Battle Passes this was not an issue for me. Also other games that provide Battle Passes that I play do not or have never had an issue like this. This is a situation where I find myself truly torn. I have played this game almost every day since the end of season Y1S2 and have had to deal with event weapon glitches and deadlines, Scheduled maintenance in my prime hours to play. And Post match loot screens not registering. Those are just some small things, But the Battle pass thing is huge. This is not on us the players but we get shafted and given the blanket statement of "sorry for the inconvenience" I understand this is a genuine statement on you part however. This day of glitch on the Battle pass sales dose affect a small contingent of your most religious players. To change over the season and not address this glitch within 24 hours I feel is lazy. to not extend the deadline 24 hours before the season turns. To allow the affected a chance, I understand there are logistics with that, but is possible. And lastly for there to be no way to retroactively provide content for those affected especially if they have snapshot proof, knowing of this glitch in the sale of the Battle Pass for 24 hours and to not have a something in place. I feel is just a major lapse in judgment or caring for the players plight.
