Tried to farm on 250+ wolves camps, to farm elite missions, nothing. Is there a way to get 250 gear except raids? I understand that outside raid the cap is at 250, but even after i tried those 2 options to farm, it doesn't drop.

Elite daily faction missions, you can repeat them over and over and get to 252.

One way to do it, just kill everyone and commit suicide.

You don’t even have to kill your self... you can just beat it for the reward and or money, then go to the objectives board and relaunch it.

But to answer your question it just takes time. After a while... a long while, all the drops will eventually turn 250.

What can speed up the process is rolling weapon rarity at 250 for all 3 slots and/or equipping weapons rarity and equipment at 252 from elite faction missions, but even then world drops may still be 249 for a while.

And if you’re into it... raid.

I was just saying.. It's one way. If you have to steal a truck or rescue someone it might take longer to restart so....
