    2 Questions

Lately, every time I check the damage on my skills, I get a different value, ranging up to about 14000 difference from what it should be. What is the reason?

I did the Capital Invaded and got a drop for a marksman rifle called The Scourge, except it did not drop. First time for this. Has anyone had this?

For the first question: it's most likely due to your talents.
Waveform and Capacitor exotics are the most likely culprits as they give damage boosts which go up and down over time, but there are plenty of other weapon and gear talents that provide temporary damage boosts (eg In Sync, Combined Arms, Kinetic Momentum, Vigilance, etc).

For the second, I'm not sure. I'm assuming you mean it appeared in the mission complete reward list feed thing as having been added straight to your inventory? The only reason I can see why it might not appear would be if your inventory was full (then it would most likely appear on the ground where you were standing). TBH I rarely double-check rewards are actually in my inventory, so I probably wouldn't notice if it happened to me unless it spiked my interest somehow.

Considering that there is no named item in Division 2 called "The Scourge" I suspect you misread something. Did you take a screenshot?

Just googled it, and the Scourge is one of the parts for Nemesis (the part which drops from invaded Capitol, oddly enough) so there's your answer - it's not a weapon, it's a component.

Probably you can see it as an exotic component if you look at available resources.

Yes, it is a component for Nemesis and I have 2 of them and 2 for Chatterbox, but no blueprints.
On another note, I joined a group last night and did Capital on legendary and it was great fun, first one I have done and very satisfying.
My Shepherd run reset as well at level 57 and starting over. It's a great combination of coop and helping people.

I did another call out today with a group that did Capital legendary and we beat it, so that's 2 for 2 on 2 consecutive days. That is not an achievement for better players but it is huge for me.
