I don't expect any updates of significance for Siege going forward. Yeah, they'll drop cosmetics every so often. They may twiddle with the operator weapons and stats. And they'll throw in an occasional 'map remake' which are all probably done by grade schoolers as a 'class project'. But the developers have pretty much walked away from Siege. Look at these forums - supposedly THE place for fans to meet and discuss the games. It's down to just a few posts a day.

Buyers are sick of UBI lying to them about their plans for the game, and tired of waiting for promised improvements that are never delivered. I suppose in some measure UBI will be relieved once these forums become a ghost town so they won't have to worry about pesky criticism.

One thing I have to say, is that I thought this was the worst game, in terms of contact between devs and customers, that they never listened to us and only did pathetic things to the game. I thought it couldn't be worse than that. Then, I bought Outriders... Trust me, compared to those "working" at People Can Fly, Ubisoft is doing an egregious job.

Correct...and even the mods have walked away from these forums. There's no one left.

Haven't tried Outriders. But if the best that can be said about Siege these days is: "at least they don't suck as bad as THIS game", well that ain't saying much....

Yeah, I know. Being better than something doesn't mean being good, it never did. But still, just know, there is much worse. At least on Siege they used to have an idea of how to make a game. Outriders is no game, instead, just pure shyte
