    game disappeared from ubsoft connect account

    I bought the game from steam last year I have 86hrs of game, when I went to install it on May 30th, the game wouldn't open and the following error message appears:

    "There was an authentication issue that owns this product. Please contact customer support if you need help resolving this issue."

    well, I opened a conversation in the support chat, sent all the necessary files (receipt, prints of save folders, log file), all right, last contact was on June 1st, nothing since.

    in fact, I only have ONE ubsoft account.

    Does anyone know a way to solve this? I'm out of ideas :confuso:

    Sorry to hear that you are unable to start your game.

    After checking your account I noticed that the game hasn't been originally activated there which means that you activated it on the other account. Additionally, I checked your case and I can see that it is currently in progress and you should receive a reply soon. Apologies for the delay.
