    Premium credits missing after purchase

    Coming up on the 10 hour mark that my purchase for premium credits from the Xbox Store for The Division (1) did not come through, and are not available in game.

    I have purchased before without any problems, and my bank clearly shows that these transactions went through.

    XBLive is the same as my screen name here.

    On edit: 2 microsoft orders; 4640338803 & 5416327673. Emails fir each say its “available in game now”.

    As a follow up.... Just talked to MS support, they stated it was a Ubisoft issue holding this up.

    The fastest way to do this would be directly through our "Live Chat" service when this is available but you can also get in touch via our social media accounts on Twitter or Facebook if you have access to these services.

    When contacting us, please be sure to provide your Ubisoft account username along with your Xbox gamertag and order reference numbers and we will be sure to get this looked into as soon as possible. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
