Honestly, I've taken to trying to shoot them out of mid air when I can. You know you can do that, right? Works best with high RoF weapons.
Actually, i have seen NPC enemies shooting and hitting 90% of the time from long range with UZIs and shutguns, both of which, while dangerous at medium to close range, inaccurate at longer range than Medium, yet the AI seem to be highly accurate with them......i think if they want unrealistic weapon performance, i suggest they make up weapons, if they plan to use real life weaponry, they need to work like the real thing.

I have seen pistol type weapons used by those with shields doing damage like a sniper rifle used by the snipers with weird umbrella shields.......they need to sort it out.

Context is important here. We're talking about nades, not bullet accuracy.

But regardless, one of the things people need to remember about Division games is that while the shooting aspects might be pretty well refined, it's still has a VERY heavy RPG element to it. One of the ways RPGs increase difficulty is with enemies doing more damage, having more hitpoints, and more accuracy.

It's not something that actually needs to be addressed. If you're struggling or otherwise having difficulty with a particular part of the game: Turn down the difficulty setting! Do NOT ask for the entire game across all players to be adjusted for your personal preferences.

I wouldn't say they are hitting harder.

But i will say their aggressiveness is up or more prevalent.

This has been noticed before with other Maintenance scenario's just after, yes it's been also mentioned about the type of NPC's that are supposed to be up in your face aggressive, what i don't expect is a sniper/Recon to come up right in my face to have a go same with Car Controllers. those two especially usually sit back/Run the other way, not this last few days.

Yeah things have been a little weird, but doable.

I wish I had the game you guys are playing. Getting real sick of chasing enemies 2 blocks when they run from me.

I have only played like 150hours so far.

My take on the NPC's in this game. (Its gonna sound childish and ranty but what the hell)

Hyena's (Bloody aimbotting assaulters with the special ammo directive that confusses you over and over) Total F'ing nightmare

The shotgun hyena dude that can fire from one side of the last room in JTC to the other and hit you! lol.

Cleaner mobs damage is just over the top. They rip through 1.5m armor and a Tier 6 shield in seconds.

But the one that pisses me off the most?... I am not sure why this happens. But you break the Heavies clip.. Armor piece breaks the fecking clip reapears and they start spamming you again lol..

Dear massive can we have instant reload on armor break too?..

Also I dunno what sort of sniper training coyote has but being able to fire her sniper rifle like the assault mobs do when you get slightly close to her is kinda

I really don't have much of a problem with the other mobs "SO" far.

Note that you can do the same.

As far as I can tell, all weapons do about 42% of their regular damage after you reach the second knee of the range chart, right out to the range at which all weapons stop doing damage. (100 m, perhaps?) Even a Double Barreled Sawed-off (8 m optimum range) will hit and do damage at 75 m, though likely it will be pretty low damage because only one pellet hits. (But if that pellet is status ammo, it will apply the status. So set a guy on fire with a shotgun at 75 m range? No problem.)

Not sure they hit harder, or are more aggressive, but since the season started, there are many more NPCs on the streets than before... which is fun!

Well, maybe they are more aggresive and hit harder. Over the last day or so my friend and I have been working Capitol on Heroic, and it feels much, much harder than it previously did. Unlucky RNG? 3-4 directives? (We finally finished after reducing to 3.) Or change to NPC aggressiveness? Hmmm.

Maybe its because they do the patch on Tuesday which is invasion day and your fighting Black Tusk who are a lot more aggressive.
