    rapid fix to dodge attack spam form vanguards and heavies/hybrids

    just swap all assasin's dodge attack from light to heavy and dodge attacks of kensei and gryphon and others who can just abuse that from heavy to light, it would be good. Like this poor orochi that I destroyed today,once missjudges the dodge and goes for dodge attack and as a punish he lost like 25-35 HP (big amount of orochi's health bar). While kenseis that can abuse the dodge attack will get punished for 12-15HP (not evel quarter of his health bar)...and with his stam feat he can do it almost forever.

    so to make assassins different at something apart from being bad at defense and health, you could standardize dodge attacks for them to only heavies, and the rest of the roster to lights, except maybe for zhanhu since he is a special case, supossedly a "dodge specialist".

    simple fix that can end ugly dodge attack spam from the bald monkey and the samurai king of cheese, while assassins get something to be less bad.

    Both Kensei and Gryphon would need compensations, as both or quite bad for 1v1 with no openers, but it is not a bad idea otherwise. Right now, assassins (excluding maybe Shaman) has the absolutely worst dodge attacks, even the ******g fat chinese ****.

    I I don´t like JJ too much also. Yes, a compensation would be needed, a small one maybe.

    Gryphons and Kenseis Dodge attack are a problem in the fact that they can be spammed and do to no gb time at start up the only punish remains the parry unlike JJ and Tiandi.


    They should make Gryphons and Kenseis dodge attack like JJ and Tiandis.


    And all quick dodge attacks should have the same properites as the dodge attacks of reworked Zhanhu.

    Meaning quick dodge attacks would have:

    They count only as a heavy parry (even if the imput was a light attack)

    The quick dodges that are a light should be enhanced.

    Yes I thought about this before, In my last thread you shared my concerns about kensei dodge attack spam, this quick fix actually can be healthy, if enough people show their support maybe devs will adress it? idk, I can see you don´t like china junk as well. I like zhanhu and nuxia the others...let´s say I find gutural and repeating unnecesary sounds... stupid and ******ed, not to mention fat granpa incredible fitness and absurd stamina drain extremely annoying and out of place.

    I dont know how well it will do but i threw around an idea that any non assassin hero has dodge attacks like Nobushi, they work for the punish but you are limited in I-frames. Assassins would be able to keep their longer dodge attacks with the ability to delay them as current for extra i frames almost as an offset for reflex guard in a way since ubi doesn't seem to want to remove it.

    Would it be a big nerf to a lot of heroes, for sure and they would deserve some compensation but I feel like this would make the dodge attacks still not so highly punishable but not nearly as frustrating with the variable I-frames and gb vulnerability some have based on delaying them.

    Ok, the problem for the match I hate the most with PK (PK AGAINST KENSEI) could be lessened a lot just by adding STAMINA to her.

    Today I destroyed dodge spam cheese kenseis with...SHAOLIN.Just trained 10 min with him and went to the battle.

    Pk poor stamina management/use is a known problem for all PK mains, homever even with my limited knowledge of shaolin, I managed to apply GOOD PRESSURE against them , and the undodgeables were extremely useful.

    I don´t know the exact numbers, but shaolin felt more fluid and also like he can do more attacks/movements/mixes than her before he can be out of stamina.

    If I try this kind of pressure with her I always would be in the black and white screen, no doubt. This is a problem also against dodge attack spamers and HA users for her.

    Why devs cannot acknowledge this is a real problem with her? she needs to apply more pressure , a solution is add more stamina like 30 points, cause she doesnt have viable openers.
    meanwhile glad has openers AND a excelent stamina use and properties,

    IDK why they are so adamant to add some necessary fixes to her, the TG ones were good but not enough to fix her. She needs a few adjustments more.
