Exactly. Why give us less rewards for playing this game when so little is currently being put into it? And it’s not losing the caches that contain little of value. It’s that taking a reward away, and not communicating about a fix is just poor and not a way to treat your loyal fans of the game that have stuck through a lot of over-promise and under-delivering.
By the way, why wouldn’t whoever is working on this game put everyone’s favorite global event (Golden Bullet) in this season?
Maybe as a reward for this error make the next 6 days the Golden Bullet.
Also, you could change Hollywood and Polarity Switch global events to the Golden Bullet, as well.
Oh, please don't remove my favourite event and replace it with another repeat of the easiest and most boring one.Originally Posted by UMwildcard Go to original post
Massive doing what they are best at it, making things a lot worse and broken and yeah you level up but no rewards just another way to kill their few remaining players and showing that they don't care at all. And they don't give compensation if they mess something up to the game maybe it is too expensive for them to compensate their players that are affected by the issue? Or maybe they need more money rather than fixing the issues.
Except that you are getting rewards. If you can't identify them, you're not qualified to discuss this.Originally Posted by AltairCreation Go to original post
Well, I'm sure Ubi will compensate you for any monetary losses you suffer from this. Perhaps you can itemize the money costs this problem as caused you for which you need to be compensated? And they don't give compensation if they mess something up to the game maybe it is too expensive for them to compensate their players that are affected by the issue?
As for non-monetary compensation, again, you're working from ignorance here. They do do this, as we saw last March when they extended the Golden Bullet event by a week after a day or two of downtime in the middle of it.
Well, generally things like this are not making as many players quit as you think. It's also possible that those customers who leave over relatively minor issues are your worst and most expensive customers, and so you're actually better off with them gone rather than hanging around causing trouble....just another way to kill their few remaining players...
The season is supposed to be inactive because seasons start on a Tuesday. Starting it now would involve having the first event be shorter than a week or, even worse yet, moving the start day so that the last days of an event don't fall on a weekend. (This would, for example, mean that the full set of challenges for a global event are available only on Sunday through Wednesday, rather than Friday through Monday. In some time zones it's worse yet; game "Sunday" starts at 5 p.m. on Sunday here in Japan.)Originally Posted by TarantelPanic Go to original post
