    guideline gunslinger

before this guideline dropped ammo correctly, now the player has 60 or 100 bullets of ammo, you kill more than 3 npcs with the pistol and no ammunition drops at all, you already have the protection guideline (the one that uses a kit and was supposed to restore the protection) more often from the bug and it doesn't work, now this one with the gunslinger, I don't know, it's so hard to fix these errors, we play for fun, but the division only stresses us because of these errors that the broken game, I'm not even going to talk about the absurd damage of the npcs, because having too much or too little protection in this game is the same thing, it doesn't change anything, please if you have how to look at this error and fix it, the right thing is every time you kill a npc of pistol the same drop ammunition this is what the guideline says. Grateful for the attention.

I think when you say "guidelines" you're talking about "directives," and perhaps for "gunslinger" you mean "Pistolero," the directive where you start with no ammo and can pick up ammo only from hostiles you kill with a sidearm, right? (I am guessing that you're translating from another language, and ending up with words very different from what's used in the English version. To help avoid confusion, here is a list of directives with their proper English names. As a side note, a guideline is very different from a directive; guidelines are suggestions, not something you must conform to.)

I've just done a bunch of testing the open world with Pistolaro active. Starting a mission or leaving a safe zone after it's restocked your ammo (and only if it's restocked your ammo) will remove all ammo in the inventory and the magazines of your equipped weapons. Unequipped weapons in your inventory will retain any ammo you had in the magazine at the time you last used it. Enemies will drop ammo only for your equipped weapons, and only until your inventory is almost full for that ammo type. (The values I saw were RR-345/420 AR-454/810 SMG-641/900 LMG-641/900 SG 72/144.) Once your inventory has that much ammo, you won't see further drops until you use up a significant amount of it.

I suspect this last point may be why you're not seeing drops you expect to see. As for "now the player has 60 or 100 bullets of ammo," I am not clear on what you mean by that. Are you saying that when you have this much ammo in your inventory you don't see drops? Perhaps you need to use up a bit more of it.

As for the "protection guideline" is perhaps the No Regen directive? I tried that out as well and it seems to work fine. Regeneration occurs during an encounter (when the rim of the minimap is glowing red) and stops when out of battle. Armour repair kits work fine for me in both cases. What behaviour were you seeing, precisely, and what did you expect to see instead?
