u didn't know only student or jobless man can afford random time to play raid under no matchmaking system. i wonder what don't have matchmaking, u think if u are working at wall street, ppl have time to look for group or play with colleague at scheduled time? do Ubisoft employee can play at anytime and invite others colleague to log in and play the game if it's not a holiday? NO, so why Ubisoft didn't allow matchmakin for raid . i don't know do mission can matchmakin, but u have to change ur mind for raid or any contents that is limited for a group only with no matchmakin.

Hey,
There is a matchmaking option for Project Titan. In the main Lobby menu where you usually see your friends and your AI teammates, you should be able to see an option called "Join Public Matchmaking" on the left > And then you can select "Raids".
