Hello!
I recently purchased the game for PC and I'm using the following specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200GE with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.20 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
Graphics card: Radeon RX 470 with the driver Adrenalin 2020 21.5.1 (Latest)
I have no clue why, but when I get close to the Odysseus' Palace mission (Near the beginning of the game) the game just freezes and crashes. Everything else works just fine, I was able to get to that point with no problem with medium-quality graphics. But I just can't get past that point, no matter what. I've tried everything I've found in forums and all, but nothing has worked. This is my last shot, I'm really sad, I've been wanting to play this game for over a year and now that I was able to purchase it I can't play it.
Hope you guys can help me with my problem.
I generated the two files requested in the support portal (DxDiag and msinfo) but I can't add attachments

I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting you've tried so far haven't worked. Just to double check have you attempted every step suggested here?
You also mentioned having difficulty attaching files to your support case. Are they both saved as .txt files? It will not accept any files types it doesn't recognise so please ensure both files are exported and saved as .txt.
Correct, I even formatted my computer several times to make sure it wasn't the graphics card driver messing it up. I have everything 100% up-to-date and tried disabling everything mentioned in the troubleshooting article.
PD: I'm gonna attach the mentioned files later today, as I'm not currently on that computer. Thanks for your response!
Yeah Im having the exact same problem, i checked all the driver, local files and other stuff even cleaned my pc XD but nothing worked so far. Its weird, I cannot even send anything to tech support in my region rn so I guess I just have to wait ;(
Tried one last time today and now it wont launch at all.
We look forward to getting those files, emmanuelvr26
I'm sorry to hear this! You can also contact us on Twitter/Facebook via direct message and we can gather the files that way. Please do so and we'll be happy to assist!Originally Posted by Psychopath1221 Go to original post
Hello Psychopath1221,
Thank you for the update.
I'm really sorry to hear that. However, sometimes finding the cause of the crash might be more time-consuming, as PCs are offering open source systems, which means that the issue can be related to the software conflicts and complex troubleshooting steps are needed. I know it's not ideal and I do apologize for that.
