    Capacitor version's

Why aren't there multiple Capacitor versions?
Or different types of guns with a similar talent.

    Blue coloured version or LMG:
Gives 0.5% weapon damage per stack.
For each red core gain 85K armor.

    Yellow coloured version or SMG:
Gives 0.1% armor regen per stack.
For each blue core gain 7.5% weapon&skill dmg.

Well experiments with similar ideas have ended with very unbalanced stuff before. Striker gear set is pretty much a good example that mixing too much DPS and and tankyness doesn't work well and the div2 version is just awful because they know they tried to hard with first game and now it's hard to balance

Fun thing is Striker wasnt the problem. Nomad, pred, and D3 and The House were 10 times more unbalanced than Striker

I think it would give more build diversity in pve.
Everyone runs around with skill builds now.
Because its the strongest build out there.
And 90% hide the whole time so they don't need heals.
I just think a lot would want to use a tank/dps/healer but it's not necessary now.

Sometimes a tank build drops in.
    Yes they survive long.
But they change to skill because they don't do a lot of damage.
This would change if there was a gun for them.

Very few times a lost dps build joins the team.
They do lots of damage yes.
But they change to skill in no time, because they die a lot.
This would change with a gun for them.

Healers are very rare as well, even tho they can be helpful a lot for everyone.
If there was a (purple) gun that gives skill haste per stack.
And some armor+dmg per skill tier.
    We would see more healers.

And maybe it gives a little diversity in pvp as well, instead of only the lady death build.

Plus in a good team you can walk around with almost anything in div1.
    Banshee
    Reclaimer
    D3fnc
    Tactician
    Dead eye

People just go for the easy builds like
    Striker
    Predator
Or that 9 lives ***** build nomad

well, if i had it my way everybody would be at skill tier six, no matter what. You would still have to build for skill damage, skill repair, etc. but the health(except for shields), duration and other basic stats would be constant. This would make a lot more sense and allow all players to take more advantage of the one thing that makes division agents able to take on the whole city; the tech/skills. that's part of what makes this game so unique and that's why they should be the center of every build. A by product of this would be that skills like the decoy and pulse would be a lot more use-able on a weapon build.

But I'm not a dev so this probably won't work for balancing like at all.
