Hello everyone, everything good? I am currently having problems with the game this is crashing a lot, a warning of an AMD driver error appears.
I want to know if anyone here has had this problem and managed to solve it in some way?

I am having the same problem you are describing.
The game crashes to desktop shortly after resuming a save and playing for a few seconds. (the Save resumes at start of mission to kill Medanemun, just outside Temple of Amun)
I had the same problem at a different point in the game. I wondered if the save was corrupt so deleted the save and restarted from the beginning. I also verified the installation files, and when that didn't show any issues uninstalled and reinstalled the game. None of these steps helped.
GPU: AMD RX580 4gb (stock)
CPU: AMD ryzen 5 2600 (stock)
MEM: 16gb DDR 3200Mhz
Installed on SATA SSD
GPU driver version: 21.5.2
playing at 1080p 60hz, Vsync on, HDR enabled

If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd then recommend opening a support case. After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

I've tried reinstalling and factory resetting the current drivers (I don't wish to revert to an earlier driver version as I don't feel that's viable longer term) but that didn't help.
I tried to raise a support ticket but I cannot seem to find it since creating it. I tried to follow this information but cannot see the hamburger menu described https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...tickets-Forums
I have created the msinfo and dxdiag but would need to find the already created case so I can attach the files to it.
A final point: I don't get notifications for new entries on this forum: where do I enable them?

After a few hours of playing using the driver version 21.2.3, I had no crashes. So it seems newer drivers are the culprit. Hopefully you guys can get in contact with AMD so that this can be sorted in future drivers.Originally Posted by Ubi-Baron Go to original post
