Hello everyone,

So, I actually own a lot of Ubisoft games, and among them, those three ones:


- Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® Future Soldier
- Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell® Blacklist

So, here's the trick. In R6 Siege, you get special rewards if you own the other two. But they still appear locked after many months.

I asked the support, they told me to come here as they can't do anything about (???)

@Arnegie did you play games you mentioned? I'm asking because at some point Ubisoft changed the way how you earn them (at the moment you need to play these games for some time) - i.e. for Division skin I completed some levels, same applied to Splinter Cell Blacklist and Future Solder.

it doesnt work like that anymore. I played a few levels in blacklist and even got achievements and it still didnt register the game as me owning the game on Ubisoft Connect. So I cant even get the rewards.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry about the issue you've been having.

I had a closer look at both of your accounts and can confirm that rewards have now been added accordingly, therefore have a look when you get a chance and let us know if you're able to locate them.

For Ghost Recon Future Soldier and Splinter Cell Blacklist, you only need to own these game copies on the same account and rewards will be added to your account . If it's not added for some reason, let us know and we can get it resolved.
