    Thank you for that information! To clarify, have you recently started to notice this audio issue or have you experienced this since you purchased Rocksmith? If the issue is new, did you experience any form of crashing before this happened or did you recently update any software on your computer? Also, I suggest that you check out this PC troubleshooting guide and verify your game files as an added measure to be sure there are no audio errors linked to your files.

    Hey there! So I had Rocksmith years ago and it worked fine. I then took a break and when I came back it no longer worked. That was on an older Windows 7 Desktop. Since then, I've installed it on two other Windows 10 laptops and both are doing the same thing. I have had no crashes or recent updates. I have even done a factory reset of both laptops and a fresh install with no other software and the issue persists. I will look over the guide and verify the files again to make sure I didn't miss anything.
