    Didn’t receive pack

    Hello, I purchased the $30.99 jimbo pack. I didn’t have cash in my bank when I did and the purchase declined. Then I transferred cash and did it again. It went through. In my bank though I’ve been charged twice and have only received 1 jimbo pack. I’ve checked my history and I only received the 1 in there. So you owe me a pack please. My username is the same.     You are right, I can only see that one pack went through on our end of things. I myself don't have tools to deal with purchasing issuse, but our Ubisoft Support Team can for sure take a look for you! Would you like a link to their site?
