    Adventure is cancer

    I have never faced more adventure games in one day than I have today. Out of 40 games, 35 were against the adventure removal deck from hell, where every card you play gets removed with lightning, inuit, incan, SOMM, or arrowstorm. Add a UC, Satan, or DSR, and its literally just playing a card only for opponent to remove it in the laziest, brainless, most boring way possible. It is beyond ridiculous at this point, 35 OUT OF 40 GAMES. and after 3 years of being a hardcore fan of this game, I am ready to delete this game forever. Thank you to all the adventure players for ruining the game.

    Not sure where you are on ladder, but where I am superheroes and scifi bradley are the biggest problem

    Top #200-1000, and adventure is rampant even 7000 and above.

    And it’s not that I dislike the adventure theme. Satan, DSR, transmogrify, **** magic, UC are just as bad. But adventure players are the absolute worst offenders of putting in every removal/high damage card they can in their deck. It’s beyond boring to have every card you play get removed so lazily.

    Play a decent health archer or fighter - removed by lightning.
    Play a tank - removed by inuit.
    Play an archer or assassin - at least 1-2 units removed by Incan + chip on NK.
    Play anything on the board without having the specific counters that apparently you must auto-include to stop SOMMs power within 10 seconds - wipe out your entire push and survivors are easy pickings.
    Have more than one archer or assassin on the field - removed by arrowstorm.

    It is insufferable.

    I would say it's all because of SOMM. That card has no downside for playing it and has never been nerfed, only recieved a buff actually. Having said that I maybe get 50-50 adventure dacks and space turd Bradley.

    the only issue I see is the inuit being used as a combust... SOMM is a non-entity, always bolted, or powerbound

    Don’t get me started on powerbind for SOMM.

    I once faced a player that had sharon, maryjane randy, and MBC all within powerbind effect area, but I didn’t use it.

    You know why?

    Because I know sharon is an adventure card, meaning they are most certainly going to have SOMM in their deck.

    If SOMM’s power being so overpowered that I’d rather not use powerbind on THREE cards with pretty damn good powers to save it just for him doesn’t tell you how ******g stupidly game ruining his power is, then it’s a lost cause, just like every SOMM debate.

    "Oh noes, Adventure players are all lazy and stupid because they actually play the good cards from a theme full of turds"...?

    Meanwhile, mystic players are DAR:ing, reviving, scouting, medusaing, UC:ing, power binding (and so on) nonstop

    Personally, I find scifi more "insufferable". SPB/Sizzler and mind control/CK are way more annoying to me than LB or Inuit. Doesnt matter if I win or lose the game, there is just something annoying about getting stunned / taken over nonstop.

    Also hilarious he calls it a non-entity but whenever you play againt Scottoldfield you get to see a SOMM in action! Great statement about the lightning bolt too. Having to play adventure to beat adventure?

    How strange because I am in arena 13 and almost always the most used theme is not adventure if it is not always mystical in every 2 games I am sure to always use give and even more if they occupy it with SH
