Yeah, it's definitely best played with a keyboard. I tried it with controller, but couldn't really adapt to it.Originally Posted by Riflemania Go to original post
Ah, gotcha. POE is one of those games where if I don't play it day one, I will probably never play it, especially looking at that skill tree.Originally Posted by Sircowdog1 Go to original post
Divinity Original Sin 2. Top tier game.
Well, if you can handle the complexity of something like Divinity games, you'd probably do alright in POE as long as you followed a build guide and enjoy diablo-style hack'n'slash.Originally Posted by Merphee Go to original post
One of the better parts of POE is that ever 3 months or so they start a new league where everyone starts from scratch, and there's a new over-arching mechanic that modifies the gameplay.
If you're into that kind of game, you might want to dabble a little bit now, that way when POE2 launches later this year, or early next, you'll be able to get in on the ground floor.
One from left field - Generation Zero. First person solo or co-op loot shooter with added survival developed by Avalanche Studios. It launched to a soft reception in late 2018. The devs stuck with it and turned it around with updates and a couple of well received expansions. It's set in an alternate reality, late 80s Sweden overrun by killer machines. The 80s timeline provides for many amusing vanity items for your character.
It's a pretty looking game with great, minimal atmosphere and good gunplay, though the quandary you outline in your OP may limit your tolerance for its shortcomings.
I like that game. here is my characterOriginally Posted by peppermintl2k5 Go to original post![]()
