So while playing tonight came across in the panther class kill enemies while using cloak and run.

Not sure if you're referring to the optical camo that some would like to be added in an upcoming update but Cloak & run has been present from day one.

You have to fill your technique meter on the bottom right of your screen and then hit Z on PC. It will detonate some kind of smoke/flash grenade that blinds your ennemies for a few seconds.

Hello If I'm not mistaken, this is a reference to the "Cloak & Run" skill, as opposed to Optical Camo in Future Soldier. The challenge is completed here:

yeah it is completely inappropriately named. It is more the classic magician trick only it somehow makes you briefly invisible instead of dead which would have been the more likely result.
