    Controller not working anymore

I have a PDP Xbox One controller. It worked fine before, all of a sudden it wont work in immortals anymore? I get to the menu "Press any key", I press the button on my controller then it stops working. Controller works fine in Steam so it isn't damaged. Was support removed or something?

Hey there, sorry to hear this! Are you wireless or wired? Try verifying your game files and testing this again, both wireless and connected if possible.

In options, default was set to

Mouse and keyboard. Make sure you set the options to xbox controller. This fixed the problem for me. The game is excellent you guys do a great job. One little complaint that could be fixed is, its not that important, but on Assassin Creed Odyessy, if the male character could be made to look less sickly, it would be nice. In Origins the male character is so much more healthy in movement, anyway whatever. Just an idea. Sorry for any trouble I caused. I was having problems with something else on my computer as well, that was also causing trouble I found out later. Lets just say it had to do with os, k?

I'm glad to hear the issue is resolved, wellingtonking! No trouble caused, we're here to support. I appreciate your feedback for Assassin's Creed Odyssey, though the game has already been sunset so it would be unlikely to have any graphical changes made to characters, but I'd be glad to forward your idea to the team.

Thanks but this didnt fix it for me.
I use a Xbox One Controller via Bluetooth and I started e.g. Assassins Creed Odyssey and my Controller works perfectly. Then I started Immortals Fenyx Rising again and it only lets me use Keyboard/Mouse. When I check the Controls Setting I can only switch between Auto and Keyboard/Mouse.
This is the only UPlay Game I have this issue with and I wanted to try out the game while the free weekend. Anyone else with this issue and a solution?

... but the funny thing is the Controller actually works when I press SHIFT+F2 for the UPlay Overlay but only there. When I switch back to the Game the Controller still wont show in the control settings and wont work.

    Hey, HellsDelight!

This does seem rather strange. Do you have the Ubisoft Connect version of the game or the Steam version?

Can you try deleting the config.ini file and seeing if it fixes it? It is located here: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Immortals Fenyx Rising\

Once deleted simply launch the game and it will generate a new file.

Thank you and we look forward to your reply.
