    It could be heat, but that is usually the first thing people check (using RealTemp for CPU, and MSI Afterburner for GPU). Turn off the PC, remove the case side, and thoroughly blow out all the heatsinks & fans. Make sure to hold the fans still when using compressed air/etc on them, otherwise they can generate a charge back into the motherboard/PSU. Then re-check temps with either or both pieces of software.

    =================================

    You may want to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, and run it thoroughly against your 32GB of RAM. Bad bits of memory can look okay one minute, then fail the next, totally randomly.

    =================================

    You might want to do a clean uninstall/reinstall of your video driver. First get a program called Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from Guru3D's website:
    https://www.guru3d.com/files-details...-download.html

    Then follow the recommended instructions on using it - usually you uninstall your current video driver and then reboot into safe mode, then run DDU and 'clean' all drivers for that video card type, then reboot back into Windows normally and reinstall a fresh copy of newly downloaded drivers.

    Of course, you may not need to even try this, if you think all of your OS rebuilds went cleanly. The problem I think you are actually having is the last suggestion I have:

    =================================

    It could be (probably is) a problem with power supplied to the PC from your PSU. From AMD's Tech Specifications for the RX 6800 XT 16GB page: "Minimum PSU Recommendation: 750 W" You are currently using the absolute minimum recommended PSU according to AMD's website. Generally not a safe idea.
    It is possible that either your total system power draw is over what your 80+ Gold PSU can sustain (not peak, but 'sustain'), or that maybe your PSU isn't as strong as it was before. It could also be developing issues as it ages. Power supplies commonly weaken, sometimes very quickly if they have manufacturing defects.

    My suggestion if heat / memory / drivers all look okay: try a much stronger Power Supply (~1000 Watts), and make sure it has two separate "rails" with separate Amperage (A) supplied by each to two separate 8-pin PCIe connectors . Then make sure when you connect the new PSU to the video card, that you are connecting power cables from different 'rails' to each of it's two 8-pin connectors.
