Almost everyone knows by now that Black Prior has the ability to soft-feint his heavy starter into a shield bash tackle, but no one ever really uses it because it’s semi-easy to predict and such. What I think that they should do is make it to where when he’s in his Bulwark(all guard) stance all he has to do is press the sprint button and he does this same tackle. The reason why I think that this is reasonable is because, if you look closely, when he does his soft-feint to tackle he’s literally in the same position that he’s in when he’s in his Bulwark stance where the only difference is that he’s charging you. Do they need to remove the soft-feint? I don’t think that they need to. Some heroes have alternate versions of their attacks so one of these could be an alternate way to activate it.
The only other idea I have is that they replace his first default feat(since 9/10 times it’s just outright horrible) with a new feat where he can only activate it when in combat(more preferably when he’s in Bulwark stance) and what it does is that it allows you to do a powerful shield tackle that knocks your opponent onto the ground, but you can’t chain attacks from it and if your opponent gets tackled by it and hit a wall they’ll take damage.
I don’t think that anyone will agree with the second idea I gave, but I’d like y’all’s feedback on these ideas to see what y’all think about them.
I honestly think that both ideas are horrible. Sorry.
BP's first feat is extremely useful, it makes him a perfect support character. It is not even hard to use, I don't understand what makes you think it is bad.
BP does not need any buffs. That move will be a bit more useful if they remove optionselects.
Well, if you haven’t noticed it yet, most people who play as Black Prior(especially high rep ones like me) don’t ever use the first default feat, especially after it got heavily nerfed, and only use either Speed Revive or Iron Lungs. Ever since the feat was heavily nerfed it hasn’t been worth using because it only gives half a health shield that goes away after 5 seconds and takes roughly about 2 whole bars of health from Black Prior making it to where it’s taking away more than what it’s giving.Originally Posted by Goat_of_Vermund Go to original post
