I might be missing something...
..but I think the Devs have actually been smart with the DAR/Incan balance changes.
I should start by saying I don't run either of these cards, but it feels like they tackled one of the main issues without killing the cards. By halving Incans health (and doubling his attack to maintain the 5 cost) and adding DAR can only heal cards under half health, it means the window of opportunity for using DAR on Incan is much smaller (I'm assuming the small buff on DAR was to account for the (now increased) missed attempts to revive). By taking down Incan with a couple of choice hits from an assassin or two, it may no longer be that easy to revive him for the double warcry. It also means that the combo cant be used twice in quick succession to chip the last bit of NK health. If you are aware its coming you can now use LB or DKC or another big hitter to remove Incan, whereas before it was only possible with Transmog or UC.
The changes to UC however seem very unnecessary, and don't get me started on Satan, Pope or CG.
