IMO, yes. There are eight story-missions and more.

I already have summit ,New York, New York, coney Island, zoo, strongholds, specialisation, ect, but there's a purple marker on map and when I go there, it sends me to shop to buy, year 1 bundle to enter, so as I already what I've mentioned is , the Yr 1 bundle still worth it, or am I now going to get very little ?, thanks for your replys

This marker is at an entry point to one of the missions Stardust was referring to. Those missions are designed pretty well and are fun to play – once. Because you can only play them on "Story" difficulty, they cannot be changed to "hard" or "heroic" or anything else. They primarily offer some more or less interesting background stories and quite a few new backpack trophies.

And you can still benefit from directly unlocking the newer Specializations, in case you did not finish the corresponding field researches yet. Because with the Year-1-Pass you could directly use them and equip the Specialization Weapon without having to finish the research.

But that's currently basically it. So I'd say it depends on how much you would have to spend on the pass. Less than 5$? Yeah than it's probably a "yes" – why not? The missions still are fun but don't expect to get replayable missions like the ones that came for free during Year 1 (like the Pentagon or Coney Island missions) or with WoNY.

The year one pass unlocks the same specializations without you having to complete the field research first. Completing the field research will give you additional cosmetics instead.

but is this still 19.99 on the store ? i keep looking to buy it with a discount but it seems dead content never drops value , even the warlords gets more than 50% discount every once in a while.

would just love to experiment the classified assignments but for something that you play once in story mode 20€ is too much money .

Agreed. The fact that it's mostly a cosmetic purchase and not worth while, doesnt seal the deal. It looks appealing, but hearing no difficulty changes, fast track or unlocking locked spec. gear cosmetics, and backpack trophies? Yeah, maybe $5-$10 but no more.

I viewed it as a specialization shortcut when it was first offered & passed. Last December I got WoNY for 7.50. They had just raised it from 5 bucks.
