We (me and my friends) among the whole Czech Republic have connection issues while using Ubisoft Connect:
1. Mostly we can't run Ubisoft Connect, because we are getting a server connection error.
2. In some cases we are successful, but then we receive an error "Failed to synchronize achievements" when trying to start The Division 2.
We all are connected from different cities in the Czech Republic, so the error is not WAN or a provider issue => definitely Ubisoft servers side issue.
Sadly, currently there is no way how to let Ubisoft know.

EDIT: The Division 2 works now. Helps click "Skip" on "Failed to synchronize achievements" error.
