How about cutting the indirect targetting cow feces

You know that moment when your fighting a guy, but another one is behind of him, and you just target the one behind making the initial one unable to parry anything and most certainly making him eat your unblockables when he tries to parry them, also what about switching the target in the last moment, so, even if the secondary target is very out of the line, your initial oponent will still have no time to dodge of out your unblockable, what a pile of cow´s poop dear.

So this is how to cut that bs out of the game and maybe save a little bit of your remaining player base before 10 minute matchmaking qeue for dominion becomes a standard, by applying some if not all of those will decrease that bs a lot:

1 Unblockables are unblockables only against your target, that just makes sense as the optimal striking point happens at a specific angle, and its IMPOSSIBLE for it to be 100% powerful from the start to the end of the swing/thrust.

2 Indirect hits deal LESS damage to external targets, however it gives you revenge if the external target has met the revenge rules.

3 Trying to parry an indirect attack results in a block.

Or maybe just learn to use your eyes and see that they're locked onto someone behind you. Maybe stop trying to parry every attack coming your way. Maybe have better awareness so you know there's people around you. Perhaps memorize the handful of situations where you can more often than not expect an external attack switch.

Isnt it amazing how am i being told to get better when im the one abusing this cow feces? I have been watching too many "pros" and i have already internalized the fact that the correct way to attack a target is to not target him, that is a design flaw, and you seem to be more worried about me than about the sorry state of that crap mechanics.

Also, no, you cannot react when the target is changed in the last moment, so whatever you felt like you were answering to you clearly got it all wrong.

At this point, indirect targeting is a metagame feature, that cant let live long enough for everyone to get the idea teamfights are all about indirect targeting, and if you really want that to live on, i challenge to have it be part of the tutorials instead of being a knowloedge limited to people who have got down to the unforetold features of the game

"the best way to attack a target is to not target the target" is such a gross simplification of how fighting goes down but sure pop off.

There is no "sorry state" this is intended. You're free to dislike something. But wanting it changed because of that alone is not a reason to change something.

Also I didn't mention reacting at all. But congrats. You understand that the game is not meant to be played reactionary. Target swapping at the last second doesn't stop the attack from being blocked or parried. In order to achieve that effect you have to input the attack and then immediately swap.

The only thing late swapping achieves is potentially catching a clown with their pants down trying to reaction parry on indicator alone. Players who play at a high level base their actions against external attacks using the actual math of the game. So you won't trip them up with that.

YES PLEASE make a tutorial for it. While we're at it we need some for frame advantage, disadvantage, hit/block stun and their applications, and much more. The game heavily lacks teaching tools. It's been my biggest pet peeve about the game forever.

Lol so for sure you have been talking with ther game designers and they told you "yeah, those guys abusing indirect targeting, we made that on purpose", let me have your words with just a little bit of distrust before you continue trying to run this forum based on your secret communication with the designers

Unlock tech is key to winning 1v4 fights. Otherwise its just a staring contest until you die. How can you beat multiple targets alone if you cant reposition yourself & unlock tech to make the enemies eat unparryable attacks?

Gotta side with Raime on this one. I believe its an intentional mechanic.

If you stay in a 1v4 fight for too long in an Objective based mode you are for sure giving up all your objectives in your obsession for a frag, anyone who has played anything other than free for all should understand that, so, no.

Your comment is fairly irrelevant cuz dummies run deathballs & give up the other zones all the time lol... so, yes.
