I have been an ubisoft user for 5 years. I was unfairly banned during the game today. I opened a ticket but it was said that you used cheating, we banned it based on the evidence. I asked for the evidence, they didn't send it. I did not use cheating, they prohibit it unfairly, I request the issue to be taken seriously as soon as possible.

Hey there, FiddleFF. When an appeal is investigated and a final verdict is reached; support is unable to change the outcome of the appeal. Should this ban have been applied by BattlEye, you're welcome to reach out to their support teams regarding the sanction.

I feel u bro I got banned like that ive been playing for 5 years Im diamond player I got banned for cheating while im not and after getting banned I used my friends accounts and my alt account even those got banned Got 7 accounts banned 3 of them got the ban appeal rejected and I lost those accounts my main account and my friends accounts are all still under investigation been a month now and ive spent so much money yet their telling me they wont overturn the ban and now whatever account I play on gets banned I dont know what to do so I can actually play on an account without getting banned

I was playing a match with a friend and for no reason battle eye banned me for nothing at all.

Hey guys,

Once a ban appeal has been denied we are unable to investigate further at support I am afraid,

When an appeal is logged we do indeed investigate thoroughly, if we find that the player shouldn't have been banned then at this stage they will be restored as normal.

Once an appeal decision is made however we cannot investigate further aside from the advice previously provided.
